Our products are sold as curated sets and aren’t available for individual purchase. These sets are thoughtfully designed to make it easy for you to create stunning arrangements.


2. Do you offer payment plans?

We currently don’t offer payment plans. Since our products are made to order, the factories require full payment upfront before starting production. We know the wait time might feel long, but we truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure the best quality for your order!


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that international shipping and customs clearance times vary by destination country. If you’re ordering from outside the US or Canada, we strongly encourage you to contact us or email us for an estimated shipping time and delivery date before placing your order.


4. When will I receive my order?

You can expect your flowers to arrive 4-5 months after placing your order. This timeline allows the factories to carefully prepare and craft each product to the highest standard.


5. Why does it take several months to receive my order?

Our products are made to order, and we work with multiple specialized factories to source the flowers. These factories don’t keep the flowers in stock—they are crafted order by order. The typical manufacturing time for these factories is 3-4 months, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Since we are working with multiple factories that have different manufacturing timelines, coordinating a ship-out date that aligns with each factory’s schedule may require additional wait time.


6. Are the products final sale?

Yes, all sales are final. Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it’s just right!


7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our collections. Thank you for your understanding!


8. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
